We are happy to announce that in the last edition of the book, brought in the year 2019 was was well received by the readers, for which we are grateful to them. However it was felt that there is a need to revise the book and to bring its second edition. Depending upon the responses /; suggestions of the various readers, the changes made in the Act/ Rules and various important decisions of the Hon’ble High Courts / Apex Court, appropriate changes have been made in the book. It is expected that the second edition would be equally, if not more useful to our prospective readers. It will certainly be an honour to receive further suggestions to imp[rove this book.
