On 25th April, 2023, a seminar on the Prevention of Money Laundering Act was organized by Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAI. The seminar was held in 2 sessions fundamentally in which the topics like the Role of CAs in PMLA & basic understanding of the provisions of PMLA, 2002 along with related topics were discussed by me and SARC senior members, and the event was graced by the presence of business leaders, professional officers, entrepreneurs, Senior IRS, CAs, and other dignitaries.
